(Lawrenceville, Georgia)  The Gwinnett County Police Department needs the public’s help in locating a missing Lawrenceville woman who has a diminished mental capacity. Cindy Lea Smith (age 60) was last seen on Friday, December 13 at around 2pm leaving her home on Braselton Highway (near Norwalk Trace).  Her family said that she was planning to go Jefferson, GA.  She drives a champagne-colored Mazda Protégé.  Cindy’s brother said that she has the mental capacity of a teenager due to a previous injury.

Cindy Smith is a white female, about 5 feet 7 inches and weighs 110 lbs.  She has brown hair, brown eyes, wears glasses, and has false teeth.  Cindy was last seen wearing a green Christmas tree outfit.
