GWINNETT COUNTY RECORDER’S COURT ANNOUNCES NO IN-PERSON COURT APPEARANCES WILL TAKE PLACE IN JANUARY

(Lawrenceville, Ga., Dec. 31, 2020) – Due to rising COVID-19 concerns, the Recorder’s Court of Gwinnett County is not conducting in-person court appearances for the month of January. Cases scheduled for the month of January will be cancelled and re-set for a later date.

Recorder’s Court will continue to use virtual meeting platforms to dispose of negotiated cases and other matters agreed to by all parties.

All persons represented by counsel should contact their attorney with questions. Attorneys and defendants not represented by counsel may contact the Solicitor’s Office to discuss their cases.

The Recorder’s Court Bench and Clerk Jeff West express their appreciation to the public for their cooperation.
