Passport services are available at windows one and two inside the lobby of the Office of the Clerk of Court, located within the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center. 

Residents can apply for a passport by visiting the office from 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with no appointment necessary.
