Earth Day
Each year, Gwinnett County partners with Gwinnett Clean and Beautiful to celebrate Earth Day by giving residents an opportunity to dispose of hard-to-recycle items. This year’s event will take place Saturday, April 23 from 9:00am to noon at Coolray Field, located at 2500 Buford Drive in Lawrenceville. Residents can drop off electronics, clothing and sneakers, latex and oil-based paints, and tires. Paper shredding is also available. This is a rain or shine event.
