SPLOST Parks and Greenspace News Releases

Thousands of acres of park land have been preserved by SPLOST programs. Projects such as the Ivy Creek Greenway, Mountain Park Aquatic Center, and Alexander Park are some of the many greenspace investments paid for with help from SPLOST. Here are some more SPLOST-funded projects that are making Gwinnett a cleaner, greener place to live:

February 21, 2020: Commissioners approve green makeover for multipurpose field at Shorty Howell Park

November 20, 2017: County converts football field at Mountain Park Park to synthetic turf
October 12, 2017: Rock Springs Park improvements officially open for public use
