Foster a Pet Application
Thank you for opening your heart and home to a shelter pet!
Animal fosters are an important part of the volunteer base at Gwinnett Animal Welfare & Enforcement, and the safety and well-being of our shelter animals are essential.
To be considered as an animal foster, applicants must:
- be ages 18 or older
- create profile through Volunteer Gwinnett, and complete a background check and waiver of liability.
- complete the Foster a Pet Application below.
Once the above steps have been completed, staff will contact you to ask any follow up questions and to arrange a home visit.
