Voted one of the best wedding places in the United States, brides enjoy tossing their bouquet from the original turret (balcony) of this historic 1885 building. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the courthouse is surrounded by a manicured lawn and picturesque gazebo and is the centerpiece of the square in historic downtown Lawrenceville.
This elegant facility's buildings and grounds can be rented individually or in combination, so it's flexible to suit events of any size. It's the ideal location for a romantic gazebo wedding followed by a beautiful reception venue or a Corporate Team Building event with individual breakout spaces.
Historic features include original fireplaces, transom doors, soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, deep crown molding, rich wooden paneling, and revolving art exhibits in the main level of Gallery Hall.

The 2,832 square foot Ballroom, Foyer, and Grand Jury Room (an ideal bride’s ready room or pre-function space) feature vintage chandelier lighting, soaring 24′ ceilings, large Palladian windows, faux fireplaces, wood paneled walls, private restrooms, and the use of the turret and caterers prep kitchen. The Ballroom features permanent hardwood dance floor, sound system, and microphones. |

Meeting Rooms and Main Level will have limited availability November through mid-January.
Monday – Thursday rentals are a minimum of two hours
Friday and Sunday rentals are a minimum of four hours
Saturday rentals are a minimum of eight hours
