Indoor Rentals

Host your next event at an affordable Health and Human Services or Parks and Recreation location that can accommodate any type of event!

Simply give us a call to make a reservation, schedule a tour, or request assistance. Our knowledgeable staff will readily answer any questions and offer suggestions regarding your specific rental needs. Ask about renting a dance floor, stage, game room, or nearby outdoor amenity or pavilion for an additional fee plus sales tax available at several Parks and Recreation locations.

But wait! Are you searching for a unique upscale venue for your special event or a thematic budget-friendly and stress-free party package? Explore our Premier Rentals, which include cultural, historic, and senior centers, or our Birthday Party Packages and Intimate Wedding Package available at several Parks and Recreation locations.

Community Rooms

Ideal for larger corporate presentations and trainings, dance and graduation parties, class and family reunions, and wedding ceremonies and receptions, our flexible community rooms can graciously host up to 150 people, including caterers, deejays, and other vendors.

Easily serve refreshments for your guests at any community room, which adjoins a catering kitchen that offers a refrigerator, ice machine, warming drawer, microwave, sink, and pass-through window. You can also move to the music on the built-in dance floor or enjoy the fresh air and scenic views on the patio at many Parks and Recreation locations. But that’s not all! Our venues may include additional features, such as a projector, sound system, television and media player, and more.

Our competitive rates include a one-time setup with facility tables and chairs, such as a banquet, seminar, or theater layout.

From anniversary and birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, business meetings and trainings, and more, our versatile meeting rooms welcome a variety of events. Rent a small room for an intimate setting of less than 50 people or a large/dining room for a more sizeable gathering of up to 100 people.

While most rooms include a sink and whiteboard, the OneStops and Senior Centers feature a television so you can display your presentation or video. Ask if you can use the nearby catering kitchen available at locations with a community room to store some tasty treats for your invitees. If you prefer guaranteed use of the catering kitchen then we suggest you reserve the half or full community room.

Gyms

Get your head in the game! Prepare for your next match or organize a competition or tournament at our gyms that feature a half-court divider, scoreboard, and spectator seating. Play a variety of sports on the lined courts, including badminton, basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard, and volleyball. You can also get your steps in on the elevated walking track at Lucky Shoals Park Gym and George Pierce Park Gym.

But what if you just need a large open space to host an event like a consignment sale, dance, or expo? Then you can still rent our gyms! To help protect the gym floors from damage, we require a $100 additional fee plus sales tax to install carpet squares.
