The Retiree Committee was formed in April 2016 to increase communication between Gwinnett County and its valuable retiree community. The purpose of the committee is to provide input regarding the interests of Gwinnett County retirees. This committee shall work to ensure that retirees are kept engaged and informed regarding post-retirement benefits. The committee will serve as an idea sharing forum pertaining to post-retirement benefits and advise the retiree liaison of any needs or concerns that will benefit all Gwinnett County retirees. The committee currently consists of five retirees with the retiree liaison and Benefits Division Director serving on an ad-hoc basis.
