The IT Financial Management Division is responsible for all financial activity within the IT organization in conformity with requirements of the Department of Financial Services.
The IT Finance team processes timely financial reports, procures IT goods and services for the County, and administers financial policy within the IT Department. In addition, the team is responsible for the budget planning, reconciliation, monitoring, organizing, and submission of the capital and operating technology budgets.

This team is responsible for IT hardware, software, and equipment purchases.
