(Norcross, Ga., July 25, 2025) – Two teenage suspects have been arrested in connection with an armed robbery that resulted in one person being shot.

On July 18, officers assigned to the West Precinct responded to a report of a person shot at 1635 Pirkle Road, located at the Canopy Glen Apartments in unincorporated Norcross. Upon arrival, officers discovered an adult male victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the back. The preliminary investigation indicated that both parties met at the location for the purpose of a firearm sale.

Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators responded to the location and immediately began canvassing the area and conducting interviews. Through a series of investigative efforts, two suspects were identified in connection with the incident.

On July 24, the Gwinnett County SWAT Team and the Gwinnett County Homicide/Assault Unit were briefed on the case. A coordinated felony traffic stop was conducted on the suspect vehicle, resulting in both suspects being taken into custody without incident.

Andre Glover (age 17, of Stone Mountain) and a 15-year-old juvenile were arrested. Both have been charged with Aggravated Assault and Armed Robbery. A subsequent search warrant resulted in the seizure of multiple firearms and narcotics.
