At approximately 9:15 PM, officers assigned to the Central Precinct were dispatched to a “person shot” call at 3720 Steve Reynolds Boulevard in unincorporated Duluth.  When officers arrived, they located a man deceased inside a room on the 3rd floor of the building.

Witnesses heard the gunshots and began to render aid to the victim following the shooting.  Prior to police arrival, four individuals were seen running out of the building.  A Hispanic man and woman were seen carrying armfuls of personal belongings accompanied by two young children.  In the surveillance video, at least one child appeared to be nude.  The suspects were last seen walking down Club Drive towards Pleasant Hill Road.

The Crime Scene Unit will process the scene once the search warrant is obtained. Information on the victim will be withheld until the next-of-kin can be notified.
