WHAT:            Gwinnett County is extending the deadline on its Human Services Needs Assessment survey. The 10-minute survey is collecting feedback to help County leaders understand demand for services related to community needs like food, transportation, housing, employment and more. The survey results will be used to guide future enhancements to services. This is the County’s first comprehensive human services needs assessment since 1991.

The online survey is available in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean and Chinese. Responses are completely anonymous.
