Department of Water Resources (DWR) is located at 684 Winder Highway in Lawrenceville. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm to accept payments, establish or discontinue water service, and answer any questions that you might have.
Our Customer Service Representatives are available to help you by phone from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. You can reach us by phone at 678.376.6800. Customers do not need to come into DWR's office to establish or discontinue water service, make changes to your account, or to make billing arrangements.
