Learn More(Gwinnett County, Ga., April 5, 2023) – While on duty, Master Deputy Sheriff Walter Pollock was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol, he was charged with Driving Under the Influence, Failure to Maintain Lane and Striking a Fixed Object. Fortunately, no citizens or the deputy were injured during the incident. Pollock was transported and booked into the Walton County Jail. He has been served with an intent to terminate and placed on administrative leave as the Georgia State Patrol are continuing their investigation.
