Join Gwinnett Solid Waste Management and Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful for a recycling event celebrating Earth Day on Saturday, April 18 from 9:00am to noon at Gwinnett Place Mall.
Residents are invited to drop off electronics, clothing, sneakers, latex and oil-based paints, and tires. Paper shredding is also available.
Recycling electronics is free except for TVs, monitors, and printers. There is a $35 cash fee per projection or console TV, a $15 cash fee per TV or computer monitor, and a $5 cash fee per printer.
Paper shredding is available and is limited to five copier paper boxes. Paint is limited to 10 gallons per vehicle, and cans must contain a minimum of 25% wet paint to be recycled. Rusted cans will not be accepted.
Tires are limited to eight in total and must be free of rims, water, and mud. Dealer tires will not be accepted.
Residents must remain in their vehicles at all times. Items should be placed in disposable containers in the trunk or back seat of your vehicle to be removed by volunteers.

Gwinnett Place Mall is located at 2100 Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth. Residents are asked to enter off Gwinnett Place Drive.
