The Judicial Nominating Commission for the State of Georgia is accepting nominations to fill the vacancy on the Superior Court of the Gwinnett Judicial Circuit left open following the recent passing of the Honorable Judge Deborah Fluker.  

The commission is calling on members of the Bar and the public to submit their nominations to the Commission no later than July 1, 2026. Nominations can be sent via email to Vincent Russo, co-Chair of the Commission, at Nominations@RobbinsFirm.com or by letter addressed to: Judicial Nominating Commission, c/o Vincent Russo, 500 14th Street, N.W., Atlanta, Georgia 30318.  

The deadline for nominees to apply is July 15, 2026.
