Learn MoreGwinnett County's six warming stations are now open! If you think you may need to stay at a warming station during this winter weather event, we urge you to make your way to one of our six stations BEFORE the icy weather begins and road conditions deteriorate if at all possible.
These locations will provide residents a place to stay warm, eat a meal, charge electronic devices, and rest. The warming stations will remain open through Tuesday morning, January 27 at 9:30am.
Warming Stations are located at:
· Best Friend Park Gymnasium in Norcross
· Buford Senior Center in Buford
· Community Resource Center at Bethany Church Road in Snellville
· Lawrenceville Senior Center in Lawrenceville
· Shorty Howell Park Activity Building in Duluth
· Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center, Nash Building (enter through 4th floor of the GJAC Parking Deck)
Pet supplies and kids’ activities are also available at all locations.
Gwinnett County will also continue to operate our 24/7 One Stop for Help phone line. Residents who need help accessing resources for non-emergency situations are encouraged to call 770.822.8850.
