PARK CONDITIONS

• Rhodes Jordan Park – The entire park will experience a power outage on Monday, September 16, from 5:00am to 10:00am due to maintenance work on a nearby transformer by the City of Lawrenceville.

MAINTENANCE CLOSURES

• All aquatic centers will be closed for maintenance Tuesday, September 3 to Sunday, September 8, and will begin regular seasonal hours on Monday, September 9.
• Rock Springs Park – The zip line feature at the playground adjacent to the soccer fields is out of service for repairs and will reopen upon completion.

RENOVATION CLOSURES

• Bogan Park Gymnasium – The gym will be closed for renovations beginning Saturday, August 31, and will reopen upon completion.
• Bryson Park – The City of Lilburn has begun construction on Highway 29 along the front of the park. The project includes a new intersection and entrance to the park. Please use caution when driving in the area and obey traffic route changes.
• Gwinnett Environmental & Heritage Center – The section of the Ivy Creek Greenway leading to the suspension bridge is closed for a Department of Water Resources project.
• Jones Bridge Park – The green space between the playground and the existing stream is closed due to a Department of Water Resources stream restoration project.
• Simpsonwood Park – Use caution as there is construction traffic throughout the park due to a Department of Water Resources project. Call 678.376.7027 for more information.
