An informal solicitation is for goods/services that cost under $100,000.00.

We do not formally advertise these solicitations in accordance with the Gwinnett County Purchasing Ordinance. 

We use a database of suppliers to e-mail solicitations to the marketplace. These informal solicitations are generally active for short periods (a few hours to a couple of weeks).
