Active Zoning Cases
The Active Zoning Cases Dashboard makes it easy to see what’s happening near you — from rezonings to special use permits — using an interactive, map-based tool. It provides information on active zoning cases that are awaiting review by the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners. Select any case to learn more or search by address or case number.
How to use the Active Zoning Dashboard:
- Learn whether a proposed zoning change is near your property.
- Track rezonings, special use permits, and condition changes.
- Use aerial views to better understand the location of each case.
- View key details, like hearing dates and the applicant’s name.
- Access the case page to view all related documents.
Active Zoning Cases Dashboard features:
- Live updates: Auto-refreshes as new cases are received.
- Map-based view: Clickable case markers with info pop-ups.
- Direct case links: Instantly open each case in the ZIP portal.
- Searchable: Lookup by address, parcel ID, or case number.
- Aerial imagery: Map can switch to aerial view at closer zoom levels.
