Thank you for using our online form to request a proclamation or letter. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The Board of Commissioners reserve the right to decline any request or make exception to the guidelines.

Proclamation Guidelines.

All requests must be submitted with a drafted proclamation. Sample draft proclamation document.

Additional documentation for organization contact information and/or a summary/background of your event can also be submitted.

Submitting a request without supporting documents may delay your request.
