Absentee by Mail Rollover: July 28 Special Election for United States Congressional District 13
There is an election on July 28 to fill the unexpired term of Representative David Scott. Only voters in United States Congressional District 13 will vote in this election.
If you are a voter in that district who chose to receive absentee-by-mail ballots for all elections in this cycle or are on a rollover list, your absentee ballot application will not roll over to the July 28 Special Election.
Voters must submit a separate absentee ballot application for the July 28 Special Election by Friday, July 17, to receive a ballot.
