Comprehensive Plans
The comprehensive plans are the blueprint for Gwinnett Parks and Recreation's future planning. The purpose of the comprehensive plan is to review the community's needs, determine gaps in these needs, outline desires, and set Gwinnett Parks and Recreation's operational expectations and goals to meet within a specific timeline.
Capital Improvement Plans
The purpose of a capital improvement plan (CIP) is to identify, prioritize, and assign funding to Gwinnett Parks and Recreation's infrastructure, property, and buildings. The CIP helps ensure timely repair and replacement of aging infrastructure and includes proposed improvement projects.
