Gwinnett’s Unified Development Ordinance contains regulations governing zoning, land use, development, permits, landscape requirements, architectural guidelines, as well as procedures for the administration and application of those regulations.
The Board of Commissioners amended the Code of Ordinances of Gwinnett County on October 28, 2025, by amending Title 1, Title 2, Title 3, and the Appendix to update regulations based on best practices, add illustrations, and improve code consistency.
