Road Closure Form

This road closure form is for requesting permission to close one or more lanes of a County-maintained roadway.

Road closures must allow for emergency vehicles and school buses to travel through and must ONLY occur between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm. Entire road closures require a detour route plan.

Please submit all requests at least two weeks in advance of closure.

Once submitted, a traffic safety team member will respond to the request within three business days and may ask you to provide additional information prior to approval, such as construction plan details and temporary traffic control plans.

All temporary traffic control plans shall meet the minimum requirements set in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
