Water bill payment portal unavailable during upgrade period Due to system upgrades, the water bill payment website will be unavailable from Friday, May 8 through Monday, May 18. During this time

• Customers will not be able to access the portal to make payments, view account information, or manage services online.
• Customer Care agents cannot accept payments or view account information during this planned system outage.
• Water service will not be shut off for customers, and late fees will not be accrued.

Customers who need to start, stop, or transfer service can call 678.376.6800 or visit us in person at 684 Winder Highway in Lawrenceville.
