Waste Service Provider Application – Fiscal Year 2027

Entities seeking authorization to provide commercial and/or construction and demolition (C&D) waste collection or removal services within unincorporated Gwinnett County for Fiscal Year 2027 are required to submit two identical original applications, each bearing wet‑ink signatures. Electronic signatures, including Adobe signatures, will not be accepted.

Submission Deadline: Monday, August 31, 2026

Applications that are incomplete or received after this date will not be considered for the 2027 authorization period.

Requirements for Current Service Providers

Service providers currently licensed to operate in unincorporated Gwinnett County must submit a complete application by the stated deadline. Failure to do so will result in the requirement to cease all operations within unincorporated Gwinnett County until such time as the application is reviewed and approved. Timely submission is essential to avoid operational disruptions.

All applicants are expected to review and comply with the Gwinnett County Solid Waste Ordinance, which governs the collection and removal of waste within the county. Familiarity with the ordinance is required prior to submitting an application.
