Due to system upgrades, the water bill payment website will be unavailable from Friday, May 8 through Monday, May 18. During this time:
- Customers will not be able to access the website to make water bill payments, view account information, or manage services online.
- Payments cannot be made by phone or on our website. The customer service window will be open for cash or check payments only.
- Water service will not be disconnected for non-payment, and late fees will not be assessed.
