Update #2, 05/14/2015, 8:00am: (Flowery Branch, Georgia)  On Wednesday, May 13 at around 7:30pm, members of the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office observed Marc Black leaving a home in Flowery Branch.  He was the passenger in a car being driven by a female (not any female previously involved in this incident).  A pullover was initiated and Marc Black was taken into custody.  He was transported to the Gwinnett County Jail where he is currently incarcerated.
