Senior Recreation
Gwinnett Parks and Recreation's senior recreation offers numerous benefits that contribute to the overall well-being, happiness, and quality of life for active adults aged 50+.
Our senior centers provide a welcoming environment for active adults to engage in educational, recreational, and social activities, fostering new friendships and support networks.
With multiple educational and recreational opportunities, active adults can stay engaged to maintain cognitive functions that create positive experiences. Activities include arts and crafts, aquatics, computer/technology, dancing, exercise, trips, special events, and more!
Explore and register for upcoming events and activities!
Senior Services, part of Health and Human Services, supports Gwinnett County residents aged 60 or older (or their spouses) with education, referrals, and free or low-cost services to enhance their quality of life and independence. Click here to learn more!
