Congratulations to our LEAD 51 graduates!

Gwinnett County recently celebrated the graduation of 36 employees from its LEAD Academy, a specialized management development program designed to support County supervisors and emerging leaders.

LEAD, which stands for Leadership, Education, And Development, is a three-month professional development program designed to prepare new supervisors and emerging leaders to serve with efficiency, effectiveness, and integrity.

The curriculum is tailored to reflect the county’s values, policies, and culture, and equips participants with the skills to motivate teams, deliver high-quality service, and lead with purpose.

Graduates represent a wide range of departments, including Community Services, Fire and Emergency Services, Police, Planning and Development, and more.
