The Gwinnett County Police Department has launched Toney’s Program, a new educational and mentorship initiative developed with Gwinnett County Juvenile Court, Administrative Office of the Courts, Child Advocacy and Juvenile Services, and View Point Health. The program is named in memory of Officer Antwan Toney, badge number 1808, who was killed in the line of duty in 2018.
