SPLOST: Pedestrian safety improvements coming near Dyer Elementary

Gwinnett County is enhancing safety and accessibility for pedestrians near Dyer Elementary School. New sidewalks will be installed on the north side of Hurricane Shoals Road from the school to Retreat Drive and on the west side of Rabbit Hill Circle from Hurricane Shoals Road to Hood Road.
