The Tax Commissioner's main office, tag offices, and call center will close at noon on Friday, December 5 to allow for critical system updates. Normal operations will resume on Monday, December 8.  

Residents are encouraged to plan ahead and take advantage of the Tax Commissioner’s self-service kiosks and online services during the temporary closure. 

There will also be a change in operating hours for all tag offices. Beginning January 1, 2026, the new tag office hours will be 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The call center hours will remain unchanged.  

This adjustment supports operational continuity and fiscal responsibility while ensuring residents receive efficient, exemplary service. 

The office’s current service options include 16 self-service kiosks across the county, online services through the Tax Commissioner’s website, mail-in and drop-box options for select transactions, and in-person services.
