Senior Recreation
Gwinnett Parks and Recreation's senior recreation offers numerous benefits that contribute to the overall well-being, happiness, and quality of life for active adults, age 50+.
Our senior centers offer a supportive atmosphere for educational, recreational, and social opportunities for active adults that encourage social engagement that leads to fellowship and developing new friendships and support networks.
With multiple educational and recreational opportunities, active adults can stay engaged and maintain cognitive functions that create positive experiences. Activities include arts and crafts, aquatics, computer/technology, dancing, exercise, trips, special events, and more!
