Our volunteer youth action team, H.O.O.K.E.D. (Helping Others Organize Kreative Everyday Differences) is focused on equipping teens with strategies for positive youth development, mobilizing them to lead change in their community and schools, and addressing substance abuse issues. This dynamic teen group meets 9:45am to noon on the second Saturday of each month from September to May at Shorty Howell Park Activity Building, 2750 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth.
