Evermore Community Improvement District Board
In 2001, local legislation was passed providing for the creation of community improvement districts within Gwinnett County. The Highway 78 Community Improvement District was activated on April 30, 2003 by a resolution of the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners consenting to its creation and the written consent of the electors of the district. The name was changed to the Evermore Community Improvement District on April 10, 2007.
- The Board consists of eight members
- The Board of Commissioners has one appointment and serves at the Pleasure of the Board
- Members receive no compensation for their services, but shall be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of their duties
