(Norcross, Ga., Nov. 25, 2025) – The Gwinnett County Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 11-year-old in Norcross. Chanel Soto-Portillo was last seen around 1:00 a.m. near the 5300 block of Century Trace in Norcross. She is approximately four-foot eleven inches tall and weighs 125 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and Christmas themed pajama pants. If anyone has any information on her whereabouts, please contact GCPD detectives at 770.513.5300.
