(Duluth, Ga., Oct. 16, 2025) – The Gwinnett County Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 21-year-old from Duluth.

Dewayne was reported missing by his mother on Oct. 14.  He is six foot one inches tall and weighs 200 pounds.  He has brown eyes and short black hair.  Dewayne has numerous tattoos including a spider on the back of his left hand, left arm sleeve, and a Houston Astros logo on the left side of his chest.  He was last seen wearing all black clothing.  He was last known to be driving a 2007 blue Honda Accord displaying Texas tag PSS6592.
