(Duluth, Ga., Oct. 31, 2025) – Gwinnett County Police detectives are investigating a homicide that left one woman deceased.

Around 3:00 PM officers from the Central Precinct responded to person shot call at 1625 Pleasant Hill Rd.  

When officers arrived, they found an adult female deceased with what appeared to be a gunshot wound.  Homicide detectives have responded and are questioning witnesses. The Crime Scene Unit is processing the scene and gathering evidence.

At this time, the incident is believed to be a domestic related homicide.  The victim’s name will be released following next-of-kin notification.
