About Voter Registrations & Elections
The Voter Registrations and Elections Office supervises the voter registration and elections processes for Gwinnett County as required by federal and state, and local laws.

The Gwinnett County Voter Registrations and Elections Office is located at 455 Grayson Highway, Suite 200 in Lawrenceville (in the Town Center shopping center). The mailing address for the office is Gwinnett County Voter Registrations and Elections, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30046.

Please note that the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center, located at 75 Langley Drive in Lawrenceville, is not a voting location. Absentee ballots may only be mailed to this address, and not hand delivered in-person; ballots must be delivered in-person to the Voter Registrations and Elections Division office at 455 Grayson Highway, Suite 200 in Lawrenceville.


Language Assistance
On December 5, 2016, the Director of the Census Bureau determined that Gwinnett County met the coverage formula under Section 203 of the Voting Rights Act, 52 U.S.C. § 10503, with respect to persons of Hispanic heritage. more
