End User Support
The End User Support Section is responsible to provide Gwinnett County departments and agencies with the ability to deliver superior service to their customers by ensuring that their end user computing environment is available, stable, and secure. The End User Support Section is comprised of the following support teams:
Desktop/Field Support
The Desktop/Field Support Team is responsible for computer hardware deployment, desktop imaging, endpoint protection, problem resolution, and relocation services. Desktop application support is also provided, which includes software deployment and configuration, application patches, and version upgrades.

Service Desk
The Service Desk provides 24X7 problem ticket recording, problem resolution and escalation, resolution tracking, and reporting for all Gwinnett County departments and agencies.
Acquisition Desk
The Acquisition Desk is responsible for operational oversight of standard technology acquisition for the County. This includes procurement, receiving, inventory, assignment, and retirement of assets.
