(Norcross, Ga., January 2, 2022) – The Gwinnett Police Department has charged Oluwadamilola Imafiabor (29-year-old female from Norcross) with Murder in the 2nd and Cruelty to Children 2nd degree after she failed to seek medical attention for her one-year-old son.

On December 25, 2021, Gwinnett Police responded to 231 Seasons Pkwy and located a deceased one-year-old. Imafiabor reported the child was run over by a truck on December 24, 2021, while playing outside. Initially, she stated the child appeared to be fine after the incident but died later during the night. An autopsy was performed on the child, and the injuries appear to be inconsistent with the story provided by Imafiabor.
