Water Resources Virtual Assistant
Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources has launched an enhanced Virtual Assistant billing and support system for customers.
Water Resources Virtual Assistant uses smart technology to assist residents with bill payments, account management, service assistance, and more.
The Virtual Assistant is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in English and Spanish, and saves customers time by eliminating the need to wait for an available representative.
The following features are available through DWR’s Virtual Assistant:

- Get answers to frequently asked questions

All irrigation and builder accounts are billed at twice the tier-one volumetric rate for all water that passes through the water meter per billing period.

Unclaimed Refunds
We make every attempt to return refunds to customers via certified mail. When refund checks are returned by mail, we add the account holder’s name to the unclaimed refunds list. To determine whether you may be entitled to an unclaimed refund, use the link below to view a current listing. If you find your name on this list, please call Customer Care at 678.376.6800. Alternatively, you can send an email to DWRcare@gwinnettcounty.com. Please include your name, contact information, and the name and service address of the account in question.
