(Norcross, Ga., May 15, 2024) – A Peachtree Corners man is under arrest following an armed robbery of a U-Haul truck.

On April 21, at around 4:00 a.m., officers assigned to the West Precinct were dispatched to a call in reference to an armed robbery call at 6218 Dawson Blvd in unincorporated Norcross. The victim said that the suspect threatened to shoot him if he did not give him his possessions, including the U-Haul truck that he was driving. Officers descended upon the suspect and another passenger and took them into custody at around 12:15 a.m. Inside the vehicle, officers located items of evidence from the initial incident.
