(Lawrenceville Ga., December 1, 2022) – On November 27th, around 0645 officers from the West Precinct responded to Estates Ct. in Norcross to a call of a person shot. The victim had a gunshot wound to the head but was still alive. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

The victim has been identified as Alinton Joel Riveria-Zuniga (22 year old male, Texas). He later died in the hospital. At this time, very little is known about the victim and what took place. The investigation is ongoing. Homicide detectives are urging anyone who has information to come forward.
