Candidates seeking elected office in Georgia must file periodic campaign contribution disclosure reports.

  • Persons elected to office in each year following the year in which the election occurs.
  • Persons leaving office, or unsuccessful candidates with excess funds until such contributions are expended as provided in the Act.
  • Unsuccessful candidates, who receive contributions to retire debt incurred, until such unpaid debts are satisfied (Dec. 31st filing Only)
