Open Records Requests

The Open Records Request Form may be used to request documents under the Georgia Open Records Act. It should not be used for requests to inspect routinely available records such as agendas, minutes, plats, etc. No Open Records Request is required to be in writing; however, use of this form will assist both the requestor and the County to fulfill the request as accurately as possible. You can return the completed form to:

Subcontractor Affidavit Form

You can now fax or email a completed Subcontractor Affidavit Form to Gwinnett County. Please complete, print and fax the form to 678.518.6028 or if you have additional Adobe software other than Adobe Reader, you can save the completed form and email it to pndaffidavits@gwinnettcounty.com

Located below are links to listings of building permits issued weekly and to annual reports summarizing land development activity in the county. In addition, you can customize your permit search by using the department's Citizen Access Search Permits Online Service. You can search for any of the department's permit or case types using your parameters.
