Two Sector Plans or small area studies are being conducted in coordination with the development of the UDO: - Rural Estate Sector Plan
- Research and Development Corridor Sector Plan
Each of these plans will provide more detailed goals, objectives, and visions for the areas that they cover. The findings and recommendations from each of the sector plans will be subject to review and approval by the Board of Commissioners. The project UDO Technical Team (described under UDO page) will also offer guidance in the development of the Sector Plans.
